Manufacturing and supply of rotating type Drum mixer/blender is ideal for dry mixing of powder and lubricating of granules. Drive motor is connected to a worm reduction gear box on S.S. rigid stand. S.S. blender mounted on ‘A’ type stand with the help of plummer blocks, charging and discharging from the top. Suitable lid provided with proper locking arrangement and 100% leakproof. Lid sealed with silicon made gasket.

• Standard machines are with TEFC motor.

Octogonal blenders are offered in different specifications, sizes and shapes. They provide effective results for granules because of slow speed and octagonal shape container. Two third of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The blender mounted on fabricated 'A' shape stand with plummer block bearing. One side of the stand provided with drive assembly. For higher capacity material loading, drum with trolley can be provided.

These latest technology based Ribbon Blender options feature extensive research based agitator support that offers triple mixing action thus providing for optimum blending action. Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator rotating within. Ribbon Blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending. As the agitator rotates, the material is tumbled and carried radially around the inside of the blender. The pitch of the outer ribbon moves the material toward the discharge opening. The inner ribbon which has an opposing pitch moves the material away from the discharge opening. The drive of the agitator is through suitable oil filled worm gear unit which in turn get drive through V belts from a suitable T.E.F.C. motor. All contact parts are SS and Non contact parts in SS or MS. The main paddle runs in journals and supported by thrust bearings of ample size to carry rigid and thrust load. Safety is atmost concern in the machinery with revolving blades. Tilting arrangement provided for unloading the mixed material with means of hand wheel fitted on the body.
