Size reduction being its prime use, it works on the principle of impact & pushing directly. Movement is oscillating. The product is dropped vertically from the feed hopper in a perforated screening chamber where in it comes in contact with an oscillating blade having hexagon shape tie bars rotating slow speed (having 140 oscillations/minute). This can be used for dry as well as wet granulation. Odd-size materials / granules can be reduced to the required size by using interchangeable perforated screens around the Oscillating blades. The machine is widely used in the production of Uniform Granules.
