Other Details:
This equipment is most useful to transfer the material from Bowl of FBD to IPC or other container or the immediate equipment for future processing. With help of this equipment dust free and very speedy material transfer from FBD bowl is possible. The equipment is equipped with one cone type container which is provided with clamping hooks to clamp the FBD bowl, rubber gasket for air tight fitting between FBD bowl and cone type container. The container is also have a butterfly valve at bottom to drain the material in required IPC or any other container. Discharge the material in IPC or any other hopper, with help of butterfly valve which is provided at discharge of cone type container.

Other Details:
FBD works on the principle of using hot air to fluidize the bed containing solid granulated product for dring. FBD contains a stainless steel chamber having a removable perforated bottom known as bowl. Material to be dry is placed in the bowl. Air is introduced from the bottom of the bowl and heated at required temperature by the heaters. This air is filtered through the filters and then passes throught the bed containing material. The airflow is generated by the blower fan fitted on the top of the equipment. The flow rate and the operating temperature are adjusted by the control panel. As the flow of air increases, the bed known as FBD bag, expands and particles of powder starts a turbulent motion. Due to the regular contact with air, material gets dry. The air leaving the FBD passes through the filter to collect the fine particles of the material. Fluidised bed drier has a high drying rate and material is dried in a very short time. Material remains free flowing and uniform. FBD bags are finger like in structure to increase the surface area of drying bed.
