Multimill is a self contained portable unit useful for high speed granulating, pulverizing, mixing, shredding and chopping. It is used for wet and dry materials without special attachments. As compared to the four common principles of size reduction i.e. grinding, compression, impact and shearing which often do not produce controlled size reduction. This machine utilizes the principles of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges rotating with a carefully selected screen to control size reduction. Charging of material in vertical rotor machine is streamlined. During combination, material entering the chamber travels to the periphery and passes through the screen tangentially and radially, avoiding chocking and temperature rise.

Colloid Mill is a machine that is used to reduce the particle size of a solid in suspension in a liquid, or to reduce the droplet size of a liquid suspended in another liquid. Colloid mills work on the rotor-stator principle: a rotor turns at high speeds (2000 - 18000RPM). The resulting high levels of hydraulic shear applied to the process liquid disrupt structures in the fluid. Colloid mills are frequently used to increase the stability of suspensions and emulsions, but can also be used to reduce the particle size of solids in suspensions. Higher shear rates lead to smaller droplets which are more resistant to emulsion separation. Colloid Mill is an ideal and perfect homogenizer-cum-emulsifier. It finds its application in various processes like grinding, homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersing, mixin, extracting etc., catering to the needs of several industries
