Mass Mixer is used in wet granulation for wet mixing, and preparing dough in the Pharma Industry. The Mass Mixer Machine is basically mixing a assembly wherein the mixing stirrer is in horizontal position in the container & have a single speed, simple rotation. Mixer has been well-designed to facilitate thorough mixing of dry or damp materials. The sturdy mixing paddle powered with geared drive makes it ideal for optimum mixing of difficult or sticky ingredients. Mass mixer consists of mixing body, mixing paddle, sealing arrangement, drive motor and top lid. The drive of mixing paddle is through suitable oil filled worm gear unit which in turn get drive through V belts from a suitable T.E.F.C. motor. All contact parts are SS and Non contact parts in SS or MS. The main paddle runs in journals and supported by thrust bearings of ample size to carry rigid and thrust load. Safety is atmost concern in the machinery with revolving blades. Tilting arrangement provided for unloading the mixed material with means of hand wheel fitted on the body.
